Vineyard Tour and Tasting 2024

We love nothing more than sharing our passion and telling stories at The Rutland Vineyard. This is why the tours are the highlights of the year!

Come along on a Friday evening and discover all about one of Englands newest vineyards based in the heart of Rutland.

The guided tour will be hosted by members of the vineyard team who helped plant the vines all the way through to producing our first wine.

The tour will include 

• A welcome glass of English ‘Processco’ while you look over the vineyard and Welland Valley.
• An introductory talk about why English wines are becoming so popular and why we’ve planted a vineyard here.

You’ll be the only ones in the vineyard as you walk among the vines to see how the future wine is developing!

Come back to the tasting barn for a chance to sample some delicious English wines. You will try four different English wines hosted by a WSET qualified host.

An opportunity to ask any questions and stay for another glass or purchase some of the vineyard’s wines.

Children and dogs

Due to the nature of the event where alcohol is consumed, we do not allow children under 18 to attend and dogs aren’t allowed inside the tasting barn. So leave the kids at home and have a fantastic evening out.
