Timing and bookings
This Saturday (28th May) we will be open from 2pm to 10pm. We don’t take reservations so if the patio seating is full up then we suggest you could bring a blanket with you to sit near the vines overlooking the valley and tasting barn. The forecast looks good although maybe bring a fleece as the sun sets across the valley!
Parking
We have a car park which owners leave their cars in at their own risk. However if the car park gets full up we respectfully ask people not to park on the verge but to park further along Barrowden Road on the hard standing bridleway and then walk along the footpath across the top of the vineyard to the tasting barn.
We do have some lovely neighbours in Ketton with young families so please drive carefully through this area.
£10 Stamford Taxi Special
Thanks to the lovely team at Star Line Taxis (https://starline.taxi/) you could enjoy a couple of glasses of wine and be driven to and from the vineyard. They are doing a one way journey for £10 (one pick up address in Stamford, 4 seater taxi).
If there’s a few of you then for £15 one way you can have their minibus which holds seven people! Subject to availability.
Live entertainment!
We are lucky enough to have secured two brilliant acts. From 4-6pm we have Stephen Tanner. He’s an incredibly talented singer song writer, and if you can please listen to ‘Waiting for me’ and ‘Where the f*** is my guitar’ on iTunes/Amazon music, as they are our favourite songs around right now!
Then from 7-9pm we have RAW The Band entertaining us all. These gifted guys have energy and flair and strong vocalist to go along with the guitars!
Hog Roast
We thought if you’re staying for a few hours you may want a snack! We’ll have our usual offers of local fresh cakes for sale but we’ve also got a hog roast on the go. We’ve purchased this from an award winning local local farmer and will be very popular!
New Wines to mark the day!
After some brilliant feedback we’ve searched high and low for more delicious English wines. We’ve secured a Rosé, Red and another fabulous Bacchus based English white wine. These wines will be for sale for the first time ever at our Birthday party alongside our current sparkling wines as well!

Any new business has a tricky first year getting things going. We have been blown away by the support from the row post sponsors in 2022. As our way of saying thank you we would like to give you a free hog roast bap and a free gift to say thank you (one per row post). Just bring along your certificate and we’ll do the rest. Don’t worry if you can’t make it this Saturday as you can pick your free gift up any time this year.
